When should I expect my shipment?
We do our best to get your products shipped out as soon as possible! Please allow 24-48 hrs from the date of order placement for processing. Orders placed on holidays and Weekends will ship on Monday. Standard delivery time takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping Rates

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders with a total value of 4000 Ksh or above. We want to express our gratitude for your continued support by eliminating shipping fees for these orders.
- Shipping Fee: For orders below 4000 Ksh, a flat shipping fee of 700 Ksh will be applied. This fee helps us cover the cost of safe and efficient delivery to your doorstep.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If damage to your product’s shipment occurred or tracking information says your package is lost, please keep the original packaging materials and immediately contact your shipping provider.
Examples of Damaged Shipments:
- Cracked or broken items
- Products received frozen
- Crushed boxes or jet puffs
- Visibly tampered with packages
If you received one of the above problem packages, please follow these steps:
- You have 24 hours to report a damaged package. Please contact us or the the shipping provider.
- Please request a Damage Inspection report from the shipping provider.
- Please request that your shipping provider returns the package to our company if we are found responsible.
